Live Online Classes

The Self-Care For the Mind and Life-Mind-Skills courses develop mental and intuitive skills so you can remain balanced and thrive in under ever changing circumstances. Taught in group format or self-study, each 4-week class opens you to a new level of mind control and well being.

Employee Development

We will develop a customized training program that meets your corporate Wellness targets and supports your staff in balancing their work and personal lives. Pre-recorded classes allows participants to do the training when it works into their schedule and repeat for added benefit.
