But what if you don't have the mindset you need to be the hero in the journey? What if how other people seem to handle things doesn't work for you? This is when you need to develop supportive mental skills and a belief system that works for you.

 

Our methods are simple, immediate and accessible anywhere, anytime. Some people find the tools help them process, recover, and move through obstacles.  Others find profound healing and transformation through them.

Life-Mind Skills

Learn to calm the nervous system and create a supportive mental foundation for handling life. This class uses breathing, visualization, and spacial perception exercises to make self-care real, tangible, and accessible. These skills are a critical peice of the puzzle for those healing from fatigue, trauma, or simply want to be in the world more instead of retreating from it.

Energy Awareness Skills

This 4-week course teaches one critical mind skill each week to develop energy awareness and learn basic mental tools that release pent up energy. You will learn how to center yourself, focus, find neutrality, release the charge from emotions and replenish your energy.
