Self-Care For The Mind

Most people are aware of the need for self-care of the body, but is there such a thing as “self-care” for the mind?

Awareness and Perception Training uses mental exercises to help you adjust the perspective of how you experience yourself in relationship to your environment and the sometimes crazy things going on in it.

The key is learning mental tools that can be used both in the moment to stay nuetral and open during an interaction, and as a daily practice to establish a baseline of mental and emotional Wellness. Self-Care For The Mind is a guided course, that teaches you fundamental practices such as:

  • How to focus your thoughts
  • How to ground and take the "charge" out of your nervous system
  • How to stay centered, present, connected, and engaged
  • How to recharge and erase the effects of electronics and communication fatigue
  • How to let the past go, pivot and be open to new perspectives

The Self-Care For The Mind course is an eyes closed experience. It consists of four, weekly 30-minute live video/webinar classes, introducing one new skill per week. No experience necessary.

Optionally includes weekly tips, practice videos, and live Q&A through your internal chat/IM network.
